We can customise the following:

• Height of seat and back supports / width & depth of the seat – Standard seat width and depth (14″)
• Add your own choice of cowhide pattern/ colour upholstery to the seats and backs.

Alternatively, you can choose to leave the frames in their raw state where we all apply a clear coat only to preserve the steel.

This is a great item of furniture for the home environment, ideal for breakfast bars or tables. This would also make a great item for the commercial environment such a restaurants and bars, due to its high level of durability and excellent visual appeal. Ideal for both rustic and modern environments.

Construction and materials

The steel frame has a raw, distressed, rustic look and is welded in the UK by experienced fabricators. We keep the steel in its raw, untreated state with imperfections to give it its raw / rustic appeal.

The base is constructed from plywood with a thick 50 mm high-quality foam top, giving the cowhide barstool with back its impressive appearance and great level of comfort. The tops are upholstered in genuine high-quality cowhide. All stitching is done from the inside to hide the seams. The backs match the seat and are also padded for additional comfort.

We add screw-in feet to the stool to prevent scratching on hard surfaces, such a laminates or tiles. The underside of the base is lined with black nylon fabric to further improve the overall appearance.

Due to the metal work and upholstery process, we typically advise a 2-3 week production time + 1 week for delivery.
